What this covers. Places that will sell alcohol. It's a small list: Connecticut publishes no list of new shops, and no food-license data we could find. New company registrations are listed separately and never counted as openings.
Where it comes from
Connecticut's Department of Consumer Protection publishes every restaurant, café, tavern and package store liquor license, including pending ones and 90-day provisional ones.
